PRINCIPLES OF DATA PROCESSING
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The principles of data processing apply to the users of the MK Autobuss OÜ website.
1.2. When placing an order, the data to be submitted by the Client are divided into mandatory and voluntarily submitted data.
1.3. The Client is required to provide the following data:
1.3.1. Name – necessary to complete and secure the booking;
1.3.2. Address – required to complete the booking
1.3.3. E-mail address – necessary for filling in the booking and, if necessary, submitting invoices;
1.3.4. Phone number – necessary for filling in the booking and ensuring its fulfilment, including sending notifications in the event of disruptions in the availability of services.
1.4. The data provided voluntarily is the e-mail address for the transmission of commercial communications.
1.4.1. With a separate consent to the transfer of data, the Client has given consent to the use of their contact details for direct marketing purposes, i.e. they will be sent marketing notifications using the contact details provided by them.
1.5. The Subscriber has the right to opt out of receiving notifications sent for direct marketing purposes at any time. Instructions on how to opt out of commercial communications are attached to each commercial communication.
1.6. The Client has the right to opt out of receiving commercial communications at any time by sending a corresponding e-mail to the ordering address of MK Autobuss OÜ info@mkautobuss.ee
Data Controller and Data Processor
1.7. The controller of the Client’s data is MK Autobuss OÜ, registry code 10117921, Betooni 26, Tallinn, 13816
1.8. MK Autobuss OÜ may grant the right to use the data to processors. Processors are cooperation partners whose data will be forwarded to the request, which will be forwarded to the e-mail: info@mkautobuss.ee
1.9. The data is used by MK Autobuss OÜ or a data processor:
1.9.1. to maintain an organised database of subscribers;
1.9.2. for service and marketing purposes, except if the Client has decided otherwise or has subsequently withdrawn the respective consent, notifying thereof in a format that can be reproduced in writing;
1.9.3. to fulfil obligations arising from legislation (e.g. forwarding data to an investigative body).  
1.10. The processor may process the data only for the performance of specific tasks assigned by MK Autobuss OÜ.
Data retention period
1.11. MK Autobuss OÜ retains the data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data is used or until the expiry of the statutory limitation periods for claims and the expiry of the retention period of the statutory document (7 years in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act and the Accounting Act).
1.12. The Client has the right to receive information from MK Autobuss OÜ about the use of their data pursuant to the procedure and to the extent provided by law;
1.13. The Client has the right to demand that MK Autobuss OÜ cease using its own data and that the data be corrected, closed and deleted;
1.14. The Subscriber has the right to agree to or prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing or marketing purposes;
1.15. The contracting entity has the right to turn to the Data Protection Inspectorate and the court to protect its rights.
2. COOKIE POLICY
2.1. In order to provide better service to users, MK Autobuss OÜ’s websites use cookies.
2.2. The domains belonging to MK Autobuss OÜ may, among other things, contain an element that stores cookies on behalf of third parties.
