The Rules are binding for all passengers travelling on the Carrier\u2019s long-distance, city, parish and county routes, as well as for the drivers of the public transport vehicles operating on those routes. <\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Hand luggage in the bus cabin<\/strong><ol><li>A passenger has the right to carry hand luggage free of charge in the passenger compartment of the public transport vehicle, provided that the sum of the dimensions (height, width and depth) of one item does not exceed 200 centimetres and the total weight of all items does not exceed 40 kilograms on city, parish and county routes. On long-distance routes, the sum of dimensions of one item may not exceed 150 centimetres and the total weight of all items may not exceed 30 kilograms.<\/li><li>In addition, passengers may carry free of charge in the passenger compartment other items that a reasonable passenger may be expected to take on board, in particular mobility aids, musical instruments, prams and pushchairs, sledges, skis in a case, and small animals and birds in cages or boxes. On county and long-distance routes, the items mentioned in this clause are generally transported in the luggage compartment of the vehicle if there is available space. Small animals and birds in cages or boxes, as well as mobility aids, may also be carried in the passenger compartment with the permission of the driver, if reasonably necessary.  <\/li><li>Hand luggage must be placed in the overhead rack, under the seat, on the passenger\u2019s lap, or in another designated luggage storage area in the vehicle, if such an area is available.<\/li><li>Hand luggage carried in the passenger compartment is under the passenger\u2019s care and responsibility.<\/li><li>It is not permitted to carry prohibited luggage or hand luggage containing items listed as prohibited in the passenger compartment. Prohibited luggage includes radioactive, explosive, poisonous, corrosive, flammable, odorous and staining substances, as well as substances and items without appropriate packaging, and any substances or items that may soil or damage the vehicle. <\/li><li>Hand luggage and other items referred to in section 2.2 of these Rules must not disturb or endanger the driver or passengers, obstruct boarding, exiting or movement within the passenger compartment, or soil or damage passengers\u2019 clothing, luggage or the interior of the bus.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Travelling with small pets in the bus cabin<\/strong><ol><li>A passenger has the right to carry small animals free of charge in the passenger compartment. Small animals include, in particular, dogs, cats, rabbits, other rodents, fish and small birds. <\/li><li>A small animal must be kept throughout the journey in a suitable cage (for example, a box, bag or aquarium). Dogs must be kept on a short leash and must wear a muzzle. <\/li><li>Passengers may travel with one clean small pet in a carrier. Sick or dangerous animals are not allowed. <\/li><li>A small animal must not obstruct or disturb passengers\u2019 movement or seating in the passenger compartment, nor cause any other damage. At the justified request of the driver, a passenger travelling with a small animal is obliged to change their seat. <\/li><li>The passenger carrying a small animal in the passenger compartment is responsible, under the grounds and procedure provided by the Civil Code, for the animal and for any damage it may cause.<\/li><li>Small animals are strictly prohibited from occupying passenger seats. Exceptions may be made with the driver\u2019s consent, provided that the seat\u2019s cleanliness and condition are fully ensured. In such cases, the passenger must purchase a full ticket for the animal.  <\/li><li>A guide dog accompanying a visually impaired passenger travels free of charge.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Luggage transport in the bus hold<\/strong><ol><li>The provisions of this clause shall be applied only if the public transport vehicle servicing the route has a luggage compartment.<\/li><li>A passenger has the right to carry luggage and special luggage free of charge in the luggage compartment of the public transport vehicle, provided that the sum of the dimensions (height, width and depth) of one item does not exceed 150 centimetres and the weight of one item does not exceed 30 kilograms, as well as other items referred to in section 2.2 of these Rules.<\/li><li>It is not permitted to carry prohibited luggage or luggage containing items listed as prohibited in the luggage compartment of the public transport vehicle. Prohibited luggage includes radioactive, explosive, poisonous, corrosive, flammable, odorous and staining substances, as well as substances and items without appropriate packaging, and any substances or items that may soil or damage the vehicle. <\/li><li>It is not permitted to carry luggage in the bus luggage compartment that contains valuable electronic devices (such as laptops, cameras, mobile phones, etc.), coins, securities, gold, silver, jewellery, works of art or other valuables. Passengers are required to take such items as hand luggage into the passenger compartment. <\/li><li>Luggage must be clean and must not damage the luggage compartment of the vehicle, other passengers\u2019 luggage or special luggage.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Carriage of special luggage and high-value luggage in the luggage compartment<\/strong><ol><li>The provisions of this clause shall be applied only if the public transport vehicle servicing the route has a luggage compartment.<\/li><li>For the purposes of these Rules, special luggage is considered to be oversized items such as a bicycle, pram or pushchair, skateboard, skis, sledge, snow-, sail-, surf- or wakeboard, musical instrument, golf bag, fishing, diving or surfing equipment, etc.<\/li><li>The Carrier will accept special luggage for transport in the luggage compartment of the vehicle only if all passengers\u2019 regular luggage has been accommodated and placed in the compartment. In the case of multiple pieces of special luggage, priority is given to the passenger whose luggage was presented first. <\/li><li>Special luggage must be safely packed or disassembled for transport (e.g., in the case of a bicycle, the front and rear wheels must be removed if necessary, the handlebars and saddle lowered, and the pedals detached, etc.).<\/li><li>Special luggage must be clean and must not damage the luggage compartment of the vehicle, other passengers\u2019 luggage or other special luggage. No advance reservations are made for special luggage; acceptance for transport depends on the size of the bus luggage compartment. For group trips with special luggage or for additional inquiries, please contact <a href=\"mailto:info@mkautobuss.ee\">info@mkautobuss.ee <\/a>  <\/li><li>High-value luggage is considered to be luggage with a value exceeding 300 euros. If a passenger places luggage in the luggage compartment with a value exceeding 300 euros, which due to its size or nature cannot be taken into the passenger compartment, the passenger is obliged to inform the driver of the high value of the luggage upon handing it over, and the driver is obliged to issue a receipt confirming its acceptance. If such luggage can be safely carried in the passenger compartment, the driver has the right to require the passenger to take it as hand luggage under their own responsibility.  <\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Loading luggage and special items into the bus hold<\/strong><ol><li>Luggage, high-value luggage and special luggage are accepted for transport and returned by the driver of the public transport vehicle.<\/li><li>The Carrier\u2019s responsibility for luggage, high-value luggage or special luggage begins at the moment the driver has accepted it for transport and ends when the driver has returned it to the passenger.<\/li><li>When placing luggage and special luggage in the luggage compartment and removing it, passengers must strictly follow the driver\u2019s instructions.<\/li><li>Passengers are not permitted to open or close the bus luggage compartments.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Reporting and compensation for damaged or lost luggage<\/strong><ol><li>The Carrier\u2019s liability does not extend to luggage placed in the luggage compartment that contains items referred to in sections 4.3 and 4.4 of these Rules. <\/li><li>In the event of visible damage to luggage or special luggage, or its loss from the luggage compartment, the passenger must inform the driver upon leaving the vehicle and notify the Carrier\u2019s contact specified in section 8.2 of these Rules in a form that allows written reproduction, stating the circumstances of the damage (if known) and the extent of the damage.<\/li><li>In the event of non-visible damage to luggage or special luggage, the passenger must generally notify the Carrier\u2019s contact specified in section 8.2 of these Rules within fourteen (14) days of leaving the vehicle or receiving the luggage, in a form that allows written reproduction, stating the damage, the circumstances of its occurrence (if known), and the extent of the damage.<\/li><li>If, when handing over high-value luggage, the passenger has not informed the driver in accordance with section 5.6 and has not requested a receipt confirming its acceptance, the Carrier is not obliged to compensate for the loss of such luggage beyond the limit specified in section 5.6.<\/li><li>In the event of damage to or loss of luggage or special luggage accepted for transport by the driver into the luggage compartment, compensation shall be made on the basis of purchase receipts or other documents sufficiently proving the value of the items accepted for transport.<\/li><li>If the Carrier and the passenger cannot reach an agreement on the amount of compensation, the matter shall be resolved on the grounds and in the procedure provided by the Civil Code, taking into account the liability limits of the Carrier as set out in the Law of Obligations Act.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li><strong>Lost and found luggage<\/strong><ol><li>Unclaimed luggage and items found in the passenger compartment (except perishable goods) are stored for three (3) months from the date of discovery.<\/li><li>In matters related to lost, damaged or found baggage, please contact: <a href=\"mailto:info@mkautobuss.ee\">info@mkautobuss.ee<\/a><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-1427437123\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"lemmikloom\" data-tab-index=\"3\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 3;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-9ac0186 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"9ac0186\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e4144b tabtext elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0e4144b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Passengers have the right to transport small animals in the passenger compartment of public transport free of charge. Small animals are primarily dogs, cats, hares, other rodents, fish and small birds. <\/p><p>The small animal must be kept throughout the journey in a cage adapted for this purpose (e.g. in a box, bag or aquarium).  <\/p><p>Dogs must be on a short leash and muzzle or in a carrier.<\/p><p>It is not allowed to transport sick small animals that endanger the life or health of passengers. A bus passenger is allowed to take one pet with them if the animal and its cage are clean. The passenger is responsible for ensuring that the pet does not obstruct the movement or sitting of passengers, does not disturb the passengers or cause damage in any other way.  <\/p><p>A passenger with a pet is obliged to change seats at the request of the bus driver. It is strictly forbidden to have pets in the passenger bus seat. Except in exceptional cases and with the consent of the bus driver, in a way that fully ensures the cleanliness and preservation of the seat. The passenger transporting the pet is responsible for the pet and any damage caused by it.   <\/p><p>You do not need to buy a separate ticket for your pet. A separate ticket must be purchased if the passenger wishes to use the entire pair of seats.  A guide dog accompanying a visually impaired passenger travels free of charge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-1427437124\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"kaebused\" data-tab-index=\"4\" style=\"--n-tabs-title-order: 4;\" class=\" elementor-element elementor-element-6028e3e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"6028e3e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e81e24d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e81e24d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Procedure for resolving complaints and proposals of MK Autobuss AS<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-472ad45 tabtext elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"472ad45\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The purpose of processing complaints and proposals is to ensure the review and resolution of complaints and proposals submitted to MK Autobuss AS as soon as possible.<\/p><p>The procedure for processing has been designed and implemented in such a way as to increase customer satisfaction and involvement and to improve the quality of service provision.<\/p><p>All employees of MK Autobuss AS who participate in the process of processing complaints and proposals must follow the confidentiality requirements.<\/p><ol class=\"punktid\"><li>Procedure for submitting complaints and proposals<ol><li>Complaints and proposals can be submitted both in writing and orally.<\/li><li>Kirjalik kaebus v\u00f5i ettepanek tuleb saata MK Autobuss AS e-posti aadressile<a href=\"mailto:info@mkautobuss.ee\"> info@mkautobuss.ee<\/a> v\u00f5i postiga Betooni 26, 13816 Tallinn.<\/li><li>A complaint or proposal can only be submitted orally to a direct specialist, provided that a written response is not desired and the problem is resolved immediately and does not require further treatment.<\/li><li>Oral complaints are not registered<\/li><li>Anonymous proposals and complaints are reviewed by the manager of MK Autobuss AS or an authorised person, but are not subject to personal proceedings.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Handling complaints and proposals<ol><li>Complaints and proposals are processed by the manager of MK Autobuss AS or a person authorised by him.<\/li><li>The regular mailbox is emptied on the last working day of each week. Complaints and proposals submitted by e-mail will be reviewed as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days.<\/li><li>All written complaints and proposals are registered electronically.<\/li><li>A copy of the complaint will be issued to the person(s) to whom the complaint is directed for resolution and\/or for the collection of additional data and explanatory memorandums. The person resolving the complaint has the right to ask for additional explanations and\/or letters of explanation from all parties, if necessary.<\/li><li>The complaint-handler forwards the collected materials to the manager.<\/li><li>The chairman reviews the submitted materials together with the complaint-maker, and a decision is made and possible sanctions are decided.<\/li><li>If necessary, the chairman may conduct an internal investigation or form a committee to resolve the complaint and collect materials and find a solution.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Responding to complaints and suggestions<ol><li>The basis for resolving and responding to proposals and complaints is the Republic of Estonia Act &#8220;Responding to Memoranda and Requests for Explanation Act&#8221;, which stipulates that a complaint\/proposal shall be responded to immediately, but no later than within 30 calendar days of its registration.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>Document storage<ol><li>All documents are stored for at least 3 months after the decision to resolve the complaint or proposal.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div id=\"e-n-tab-content-1427437125\"
